Frequently asked questions
Wash time, payment, size, underbody, loyalty: everything you need to know before you come.
The wash
Do I need an appointment?
No. The tunnel is automatic and open without an appointment, 7 days a week from 7am to 10pm, all year round.
How long does a wash take?
Allow 5 to 10 minutes for a standard wash and 10 to 15 minutes for a full programme. At weekends there may sometimes be a short wait.
Does the wash damage the paint?
No. Our WashTec gantry uses Soft-Tec brushes, soft and non-abrasive, designed to avoid micro-scratches. Our products suit all paintwork.
Are the wheels washed?
Yes, in every programme, with rotating brushes and a high-pressure jet. Programmes 5 and 6 clean them more intensively.
What's the difference between wax and protection?
Wax (programmes 3 and 4) revives the shine. Format Plus protection (programmes 5 and 6) adds a double pass, a dirt-repellent effect that keeps the car clean for longer and a rain-repellent effect that improves visibility through the windscreen.
Which programme is most popular?
Programme 6 Prestige: full wash, underbody, Format Plus protection, double pass and double drying, in about 10 to 12 minutes.
What products do you use?
Biodegradable washing products that are effective and environmentally friendly.
Does the tunnel work in all weather?
Yes, all year round, winter included. In extreme conditions, a notice is displayed on site.
Underbody
Which programmes include an underbody wash?
Programmes 2, 4 and 6. Nozzles under the vehicle wash the underbody and wheel arches right in the tunnel.
Is there a lift or engine wash?
No. The underbody is washed automatically in the tunnel. We don't offer a lift or engine cleaning.
Is the wash enough before an MOT inspection?
Programme 6 makes your vehicle look its best, underbody included. It doesn't replace cleaning the engine or technical areas the inspector may ask for.
Accepted vehicles
What's the maximum height?
2.70 m, roof accessories included. The maximum width is 2.58 m. Check whether your vehicle fits.
Which vehicles can be washed?

Can I go through with a roof box or roof bars?

Yes, regularly. They're announced on our Facebook page and can be combined with the loyalty card.
On site
Is the site monitored?
Yes, the tunnel and its surroundings are covered by connected video surveillance: our team keeps an eye on the site. In the evening, the site is well lit.

At certain times. The rest of the time the tunnel is self-service and there's an intercom. You can also call 024 425 35 45.
Can I vacuum the interior?
