How the car wash tunnel works
Your car stays still; the gantry moves around it. Stop at your marker, pay, press START.
Where to stop?
Up to three cars can queue. Each one stops at its marker, for a smooth wash with no hiccups.
6 steps to a perfect wash
The same instructions are displayed at the tunnel entrance.
- Drive up to your marker1st car: at the STOP sign of the gantry. 2nd car: at the green line. 3rd car: at the white line.
- Get the car readyRemove the aerial, apply the handbrake and close all the windows.
- Choose your programmeAs soon as the 1st car is at the STOP, press the round button to the left of the programme you want.
- Pay at the machineCash in CHF or euros (change given in CHF), bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or loyalty card.
- Press STARTThe wash starts automatically: pre-wash, foam, brushes, wheels, rinse and drying.
- Don't stay in the vehicleUnless a member of staff tells you otherwise. Once the cycle is finished, drive off clean.
Need help?
Use the intercom at the tunnel or call us. Please don't disturb our neighbours at the AutoCenter or the other shops: they won't be able to help you.

Will your vehicle fit?
Check in 10 seconds: enter your vehicle's height and width and get the answer instantly. The steps are explained on the right.
How to check
- Measure the height, from the ground to the highest point of the vehicle.
- Measure the width, at the widest point, mirrors included.
- Enter both measurements in the boxes. green: it fits, yellow: just fits, red: too big.
Don't know the measurements? You'll find them in the vehicle's spec sheet or handbook.
Which vehicles fit?
City cars, saloons, estates, MPVs, SUVs, 4x4s, pick-ups and most light vans. Only vehicles taller than 2.70 m or wider than 2.58 m won't fit.

- High-pressure pre-wash : loosens stubborn dirt.
- Active foam : softens grime before brushing.
- Soft-Tec brushes : gentle wash with no micro-scratches.
- Wheels : rotating brushes and high-pressure jet.
- Extra rinse and powerful drying.
